2024-2025 Board & Committee Nominations
Do you have a passion and vision to help Zamorano Shine? We are looking for parents and staff members with a teamwork mindset to add to the ZEF Board and ZEF sub-Committees.
ZEF's primary role at Zamorano is to raise money by fundraising in various ways to help bridge the financial gap between money provided by the SDUSD and programs and services desired at Zamorano Fine Arts Academy.
ZEF primarily supports the Specialty Art Department and also provides funds for school supplies & specialty programs and services at Zamorano. All fundraising monies go towards specialty programs, specialty supplies & materials in need for Teachers & Students at Zamorano Fine Arts Academy.

We are a 501(c)(3) CA non-profit organization. Our members are Zamorano parents, relatives, teachers, staff, administrators, and community members.
When & Why Do We Meet...
We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each Month in the Zamorano Auditorium from 2:15pm-3:15pm.
Why do we meet?
We help Zamorano Fine Arts Academy bridge the financial gap between programs, supplies, and our art assistant(s) not funded by the school district.
*Promote*
Together we promote the education and well-being of all children at home, in school, and in the community;
*Provide*
Together we provide a forum for discussion and foster communication between parents, administrators, educators, and the community;
*Enhance*
Together we enhance the educational facilities and programs for the students of Zamorano Fine Arts Academy that are not otherwise provided for in the school budget;
*Sponsor*
Together we sponsor projects and events for the benefit of Zamorano Fine Arts Academy students; and
*Raise*
Together we raise funds as required, providing for all of the above objectives.
